Riddle #3-- What am I?

It's time for a new riddle. What am I?

Let's see, where do I begin?

I'm usually not received well. Matter of fact, it's extremely rare for me to be welcomed.

No one ever brags about me in a positive way. It's always negative.

I'm super fast! Like a bolt of lightning, not there one second and flashing the next.

Often a few seconds of anxiety or aggravation accompany me.

Sometimes I incite a pounding heart.

Time of day has no constraints on me. Day or night, doesn't matter.

I adore radiating from one area to all over. And don't forget, FAST!

I can be minor like the morning dew or major like a waterfall.

Only some experience me—often those who have accomplished many days.

So now it's your turn.

Can you figure out what I am? Thanks for stopping by and sharing!
